The following continuing education program, which consists of three educational webinars and a multiple choice test, addresses recent changes to the Condominium Act, 1998 and the enactment of the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015 which regulates and provides for the licensing of condominium managers and condominium management providers in Ontario. The following continuing education program and test must be successfully completed by all condo managers who were granted a General Licence and completed educational and examination requirements prior to November 1, 2017. These condo managers will be required to successfully complete the continuing education requirements in order to renew their General Licence in 2019.

This program is delivered by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario. The Minister of  Government and Consumer Services has specified the continuing education requirements. More information on condo manager licence renewal can be accessed from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario.
 

  Registration Options

General Licence Holders: $125.00 + HST
*includes unlimited 24-week access to three webinars and one writing of the test

Additional Test Writings: $40.00 + HST  each rewrite
*required for each re-attempt of the test; additional 24-week access will be granted with purchase of the re-write
